Free delivery to most international destinations on orders exceeding £250. For orders below the £250 threshold, a surcharge is added at the cart. You can easily avoid surcharges by ordering a larger mosaic or increasing the number of mosaic’s in your cart.
Shortly after placing your order you will be sent a digital graph showing how your mosaic is expected to look upon completion. Once you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the graph, your mosaic will go into production. Generally, your hand made mosaic will be dispatched from our production facility approximately 4 weeks after you've approved your graph. Large complex/pieces can take 6 weeks or longer, depending on complexity.
Please note standard delivery (Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM) is a one man courier delivering to the door. If you require delivery on a specific date or time or if you require a two man delivery or assistance carrying in the order please contact us for a quote.
